The Down's been completely taken over by the Rubies. It was gangs and SIN Guards fighting everywhere. Looting, murder, assault. They weren't being terribly discriminating in their violence for the people caught in the middle of it. We set up some shelters around the Down at a few of the LIER-run areas. It was all a mess, though. Supplies were short, people were scared.

Right. I'm going to see about hiring a few more people. More security and people for reception. Just about everyone got trapped in the Down, and that really shouldn't happen.
